About

"My work explores the relationship between consumerist fetishism and romance tourism. With influences as diverse as Nietzsche and John Cage, new insights are generated from both traditional and modern textures.

Ever since I was a postgraduate I have been fascinated by the ephemeral nature of the mind. What starts out as hope soon becomes manipulated into a cacophony of greed, leaving only a sense of decadence and the possibility of a new synthesis. As shifting replicas become reconfigured through studious and academic practice, the viewer is left with a tribute to the limits of our condition."

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this About page serious? I'm a fiercely private individual. Deal with it.

Can't you give us more info about you? I think Warhammer Fantasy is better than 40k.

But why? Ogres, my lord.

What episode is that image of Patrick from? No idea. I found it by accident and Patrick's expression resonated with me on a deeply spiritual level.

What are your tools of the trade? Okay, okay, let's be serious for a moment. For my writing, I use Hemingway Editor and Word to HTML. The former gives my written works some measure of readability and helps me track the word count. The latter makes formatting my essays for the web less of a pain. I also keep the tabs for the dictionary and thesaurus open of course.

For my art, I utilize Procreate for sketching and a combination of Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop CS5 for inking and coloring. Lately, I've also been experimenting with Pixaki for pixel art.

Anything else? Carpe that diem, lads.
